Anne Watson has dedicated more than 20 years of her career to finding top people for top teams.

She has run a major executive search business with a blue chip client base and, having sold the business, she is now concentrating on working with people and organisations to help them to achieve their maximum potential. She is a graduate linguist, a qualified user of psychometric instruments for many years and qualified as a Master Practitioner of NLP in California in 1999.







Heather Summers is an experienced senior executive and human resources consultant. In business she has successfully worked at senior levels in diverse public and private sector organisations. She has also consulted at senior level in a variety of blue chip companies across a number of sectors. This has ranged from strategy development to the design and implementation of large scale change and training programmes that have received national accolades.
Heather is qualified and experienced in both ability and personality testing. She holds an MBA, qualified as a Master Practitioner of NLP in the UK in 1998 and has been on the governing body for the University of Leeds for over 9 years

In December 2007 The Definitive Job Book, Rules from Recruitment Insiders, written by Anne Watson,was published and has been selling very well. I wrote it, says Anne, in order to give job seekers an up to date manual to help them in the job search. It covers all aspects of the search and is backed up be in depth interviews with HR Directors and Recruitment Consultants who discuss ways of making your way through the job hunting jungle.
